The Stars have been one of the most solid teams in hockey in the past few years.  After their Stanley Cup win in 1999, they re-tooled some of their roster, adding Gerald Diduck, Ted Donato, John MacLean, Kirk Muller, and Shaun Van Allen.  Their goaltending has been stellar as well, with Ed Belfour (public enemy #1 in SJ) and emerging young netminder Marty Turco.  Unlike the two prior seasons, the Stars did not make it to the finals in 2001.  The offseason has been a busy one for Dallas.  Mike Keane jumped to St. Louis, and Dallas also traded away Richard Jackman and Tyler Bouck, two highly-touted prospects, while acquiring Turgeon, Kamensky, Audette, DiMaio, Mann, and Lumme.

Brad Lukowich Drawing
I drew this picture of Brad Lukowich and he signed it.  He was, to say the least, impressed when he saw the drawing.  This signature is one of the cooler pieces in my collection!  (The drawing is based on the image on the front of Brad's 99-00 BAP Memorabilia card, so you can compare it to my sketch.)
