The Senators are a team with great potential.  They were able to land teenage phenom Jason Spezza and CHL standout Tim Gleason in the 2001 Entry Draft.  Spezza, although sent back to the minors, will have the same impact as Kovalchuk is having with the Thrashers.  Jacques Martin, a Jack Adams winner, is effective, and as the Hockey News puts it, "Gets so much out of his players.  He also works well with Europeans."  Speaking of which, the Sens have lots of trans-Atlantic talent.  Daniel Alfredsson, Magnus Arvedson, Radek Bonk, Zdeno Chara, Martin Havlat, Marian Hossa, Sami Salo, Jani Hurme, the list goes on and on.  The key for Ottawa this year is to stay consistent.  They have done so well in the regular season but have faltered in the playoffs.
