The Tampa Bay Lightning are a team on a mission.  A long mission, of course.  For ten years, they've been in the bottom of the league (with the exception of the 95-96 season).  However, with Vincent Lecavalier leading the way, and outstanding Nikolai Khabibulin, the Bolts can improve a great deal this year.  The 95-96 season was Tampa's only winning season in its history, as they made the postseason for the only time.  The addition of Matthew Barnaby gives Tampa an agitator who can also score.  Sure, they may not make the playoffs this year, but this is a team building for the future.  Look for Fredrik Modin, Pavel Kubina, and Ben Clymer to have great seasons.
